01 / METHOD
Every value keeps the source frequency, coverage and timestamp. The indicators run on different clocks: some update every 15 minutes, others daily or monthly. A failed source is never replaced with an estimate.
02 / ARCHIVE
The time printed on each instrument is part of its value. The central-bank rate appears daily, the Danube in a hydrological bulletin, while energy and weather have intraday observations.
03 / PROVENANCE
Every value is tied to the listed source and a precise time. European air-quality and pollen indicators use a sample of eight cities. Health indicators are informational and do not provide medical advice.
